By confirming any booking, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions:
We respectfully ask our guests to be dressed smart casual with fancy dress encouraged at our music retro events only, no sports or work wear.
Management reserve the right of admission.
Advertised acts may be subject to cancellation due to reasons beyond our control and QB Productions will replace said act with a similar act at short notice should this rare occasion happen.
We will gladly refund tickets if this alternative gig is not to your liking but once redeemed you will not be allowed to enter your original booked event. It is at our discretion to offer you an alternative event should you require one as tickets are limited.
If an event is sold out we may have limited return tickets from the coach companies. Telephone the Box Office to add your name to the stand-by list to be notified if any become available.
Pre-ordered tickets must be paid 48 hours before the event. Any tickets unpaid for after that time will be released to the box office for general sale.
Tickets may be reduced from time to time. Please remember that tickets bought at full price are not refundable on the night.
Some tables at the Highcliffe venue may be booked in advance with prior notice. Otherwise, they are on a first-come basis but please note there are a few tables that are obscured from the stage area but close to the bar for those that like a quieter experience. At our New Milton venue, seating cannot be reserved and are on a first come - first served basis when the doors open.
Early arrivals bag the best seats!
Tickets are available online from our website at or reputable booking websites. They can also be purchased directly from all our venues when they become available or by phoning our staff office (details on our homepage).
All tickets are non-refundable.
Each event has limited tickets available. If any tickets become available on the night they will be sold on the door on a first-come first-served basis. Tickets are not refundable, however, if the event is sold out we will endeavor to sell them on the door for a refund to you.
Entrance to all our shows will be allowed from 1 hour before the show begins. This is to allow for sound checks, etc and no admittance will be allowed before that time. There is a small bar area for pre-drinks within the venue whilst you are waiting.
To avoid congestion we strongly recommend that you allow up to an hour before the event commencement time to find a parking space. See our parking guide for details of our venues car parks and others within walking distance of the venue.
Tickets must be shown at all times if requested. Failure to show valid tickets may deem you access to the evening's event. Tickets are transferable.
Guests with accessibility or special seating requirements are kindly requested to call the venue direct who will endeavor to provide the best and most appropriate service.
Fancy dress is encouraged on our monthly Retro Nights and after every show, we give a bottle of Prosecco to the best-dressed female and male on the night. This does not apply to our special cabaret evenings.
The venue closes at 11 pm and all guests must vacate the building by 11.30pm.
Finally, we want you all to have a fantastic experience however as a responsible operator we must comply with the laws concerning the supply of alcohol, if you become over intoxicated you will be denied entry or asked to leave if you are inside the venue so please take care of yourselves and everyone in your group.
